A charity that needed an external perspective on its processes and how it could make them more effective and efficient while relieving some of the stress the CEO was placed under, we started this project by carrying out an analysis of current processes.
We took part in a meet and greet with the entire team, finding out their current workloads, roles, responsibilities, projects, cross-communication, and how service users were passed from one department to another.
This information highlighted gaps and inefficiencies in processes that we were then able to provide the blueprints for improvement for.
Providing streamlined workflows, suggestions on possible software that might be better able to support them, and cross-departmental communication workflows that allowed for information sharing so service users could receive services all the time…

Making things more efficient and hence calmer, with a clearer focus on service users, our client is now able to provide a better all-round customer journey and experience.
